| Exchange Disseminated Time | HB Stockholdings Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Remuneration Committee of the Board was held on January 29, 2010 and on their recommendation, the Board of Directors of the Company approved the following: -
1. Revised the remuneration payable to Sh. J. M. L. Suri Executive Director in view of change in the Company's Policy towards encashment of Privilege Leaves due to the employee of the Company including managerial personnel.
2. Reappointed Mr. Vijay Sood as Managing Director of the Company with effect from April 30, 2010 for a period of Three Years on the expiry of his current term of office, on the remuneration presently drawn by him.
Both these above changes has been subject to the approval of the Shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting to be held in August / September 2010 and also subject to such Government approval as may be required in this regard. |
