| Exchange Disseminated Time | TV18 Broadcast Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 15, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015 (Q3).
Further the Company has informed that, pursuant to the Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 2015, issued by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and the internal code for prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the Trading window for dealing in the equity shares of Company by its designated employees shall remain closed from closing of the business hours on January 08, 2016 until the closing of the business hours on January 17, 2016 on account of declaration of the aforesaid unaudited Financial Results of the Company. |
