| Exchange Disseminated Time 25/01/2017 18:29:03 | Hitech Plast Ltd has informed BSE that in view of ensuing Board Meeting for approval of Financial Statements for the Third quarter ended December 31, 2016 and pursuant to the Circular issued by the Stock Exchanges regarding the Trading Window disclosure by the Companies as well as the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Directors, Designated Employees and others covered under the Code, from January 26, 2017 to February 09, 2017 (both days inclusive). The Trading Window will open on February 10, 2017.
