Further, as per provisions of Company’s approved Code of Conduct and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed with effect from May 19, 2016 till May 31, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
