| Exchange Disseminated Time 13/04/2016 14:18:05 | Shristi Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/year ended March 31, 2016 for all the directors and designated employees of the Company with effect from April 15, 2016 till 48 hours after the announcement of audited financial results of the Company to Stock Exchanges (both days inclusive).
All the directors and designated employees of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window. |
