Further, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the "trading window" for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company will remain closed for the directors/officers/designated employees of the Company in accordance of the Company's "Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading" from February 06, 2017 till the completion of 48 hours after the unaudited financial results of the Company for the Quarter (Q3) ended on December 31, 2016 are approved by the Board and made public. |
