| Exchange Disseminated Time | Zenith Fibres Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 25, 2013, inter alia, to consider the following;
1. To Finalize the accounts for the financial year ended March 31, 2013;
2. To recommend dividend, if any. In previous year the Company had declared a dividend of 20%);
3. To Convene the 24th Annual General Meeting of the members of the Company;
4. To take on record and publish audited results for the financial year ended March 31, 2013.
Further the Company has informed that, the Company will not be submitting unaudited results for the quarter ended March 31, 2013. |
