| Exchange Disseminated Time | Balmer Lawrie & Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 30, 2015, has decided the following:
1. Shri. Prabal Basu, Director (Finance) shall assume the office of Chairman & Managing Director w.e.f. August 01, 2015 in place of Shri. Virendra Sinha, who shall be superannuating from services of the Company on July 31, 2015.;
2. Shri K. Swaminathan, Chief Operating Officer (Logistics Infrastructure) shall assume the office of Director (Service Businesses) w.e.f. August 01, 2015, in place of Shri. Niraj Gupta, who shall be superannuating from services of the Company on July 31, 2015. |
