1. To consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results and Auditor's Limited Review Report for the Quarter ended December 31, 2016.
2. To Consider and Approve the Proposal for raising funds by way issuing 50,00,000/- (Fifty Lakhs) Equity Shares on Preferential Basis.
3. To Consider and Approve the Proposal for raising funds by way issuing 1,00,00,000/- (One Crore) Share Warrants on Preferential Basis.
Further, the Company will close the trading window in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations on February 10, 2017 and the trading window will open on February 16, 2017. |
