Rajagopal Gopinath as an additional director of the Company intended to be appointed as an Independent director pursuant to Section 150(2) and schedule IV of the Companies Act, 2013 at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
Further, the Board has noted and taken on record the retirement of Sri.S.Govindan, Independent Director on March 31, 2017. Accordingly, he will cease to be a director of the Company with effect from April 01, 2017. |
