| Exchange Disseminated Time | Kartik Investments Trust Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on August 27, 2010, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of the Directors’ Report and the Audited Profit and Loss Account for the year ended March 31, 2010 and the Balance Sheet as on that date and the Auditors’ Report thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. Suresh Krishnan, as a Director of the Company.
3. Re-appointment of M/s. Shanker Giri & Prabhakar, Chartered Accountants, Chennai as the Auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of 32nd Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of the 33rd Annual General Meeting at a remuneration, terms & conditions.
4. Re-appointment of Mr. V Suryanarayanan as a Director of the Company. |
