No trading in the shares of the Company be made during the said period by the concerned persons This closure of the Trading Window is occasioned by reason of the Board meeting of the Company which is scheduled to be held on 26th May, 2017 to consider and approve Audited Financial Results for the quarter and Audited Financial Statements for the year ended on 31st March, 2017 along with Auditor's report thereon.
