| Exchange Disseminated Time 28/08/2015 16:32:35 | Gallantt Metal Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 28, 2015, inter alia, has decided and approved following businesses:
1. Re-appointment of Mr. Chandra Prakash Agrawal as a Managing Director of the Company for a period of five year effective from September 01, 2015 subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company. The appointment has been done on the terms and conditions as entered between the Board of Directors of the Company and Mr. Chandra Prakash Agrawal. Mr. Chandra Prakash Agrawal is a Key Managerial Personnel within the meaning of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013. Relevant Forms pertaining to his appointment as MD, as per the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, shall be submitted to the Stock exchanges once these are filed with the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. Dinesh Kumar Raghubir Prasad Agarwal as a Whole-time Director of the Company for a period of five year effective from November 01, 2015 subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company. The appointment has been done on the terms and conditions as entered between the Board of Directors of the Company and Mr. Dinesh Kumar Raghubir Prasad Agarwal. Mr. Dinesh Kumar Raghubir Prasad Agarwal is a Key Managerial Personnel within the meaning of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013. Relevant Forms pertaining to his appointment as WTD, as per the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, shall be submitted to the Stock exchanges once these are filed with the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal. |
