| Exchange Disseminated Time 30/05/2017 21:26:41 | NHPC Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2017, inter alia, has recommended a final dividend @ 18% of Face Value of Rs. 10/- per share (Rs. 1.80 per equity share) on the paid up share capital of the Company for the financial year 2016-17. This is inclusive of the interim dividend @ 17% of Face Value of Rs. 10/- per share i.e. Rs. 1.70 per Equity Share for the FY 2016-17.
The dividend shall be paid /dispatched within the period as stipulated in Companies Act, 2013. |
