| Exchange Disseminated Time | HOV Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 27, 2011, has considered and approved the following:
1. Incorporating an entity in Delaware under the laws of Unites States of America as a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company; and
2. Subject to incorporation of newly incorporated Company as mentioned above, the Board considered authorizing the newly incorporated entity to incorporate another entity in Delaware under the laws of Unites States of America as it’s wholly owned subsidiary as the step down subsidiary of the Company. |
