| Exchange Disseminated Time | Symbiox Investment & Trading Company Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 12, 2016, inter alia, to transact the following Matters:
1. to consider and approve Un-audited Quarterly Financial Result for Quarter ended on December 31, 2015.
2. To adopt Limited Review Report on Un-audited Quarterly Result of December 31, 2015.
Further, as per Companies Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading the trading window for dealing in the Securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended on December 31, 2015 for all directors/ officers/ designated employee of the Company with immediate effect till 48 hours after the announcement of the Financial Result of the Company to the Stock Exchange (both day Inclusive). |
