| Exchange Disseminated Time | The Exchange had sought clarification from Tech Mahindra Ltd with respect to news appearing in Business Line on April 23, 2015 titled "Tech Mahindra logs on to gaming business."
Tech Mahindra Ltd replied stating "At the outset, we would like to inform you that the subject news item was not released by the Company. As far as the content is concerned, we would like to inform you that as part of the innovation initiative, company explores various opportunities in the normal course of its business operations and gaming is one such area. At this stage it is only an exploratory work and is also not a material information that triggers the intimation under clause 36 of the Listing Agreement." |
