Board declares Interim Dividend

Balkrishna Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 09, 2016, has considered and declared an interim dividend as follows :

1. at the rate of Rs.3/- (150%) per equity share of Rs. 2/- each.

2. In addition, a special dividend, on successful completion of Bhuj Plant, at the rate of Rs.2.50 (125%) per equity share of Rs. 2/- each.

The above would result in an aggregate interim dividend of Rs. 5.50 per share (275%) for the financial year ending March 31, 2016.

The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 5:00 p.m. and concluded at 6.15 pm.
