| Exchange Disseminated Time | Jamna Auto Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 19, 2015, inter alia, (a) to consider and take on record the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2015 (b) to consider to declare dividend on equity shares and (c) to consider sub division of equity shares.
In this connection, as per Clause 4 of Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in shares of the Company, the Trading Window shall remain closed for all the Designated Employees and their Dependent Family Members from May 18, 2015 to May 21, 2015 (both days inclusive) for dealing in any transaction involving the purchase or sale of the Company's shares. |
