Please refer to our letter ATL/CS/BSE/010/2017-18 dated July 31, 2017 regarding Board meeting scheduled to be held on Friday, 11th August 2017 to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended 30th June 2017.
Considering that SEBI has given an option by extending the holding of Board Meeting for consideration of the quarterly results in view of the applicability of IND AS for the first time, the company has decided to avail and accordingly to hold the Board Meeting on a date in September 2017.
The exact date of board meeting will be intimated to Stock Exchange separately.
