| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the earlier letter dated February 10, 2016, Tamil Nadu Newsprint & Papers Ltd has now informed BSE that
consequent to the G.O.Rt.No.382 dated February 04, 2016 of Government of Tamil Nadu transferring and posting Mr.T.Udhayachandran, IAS Secretary to Government (Expenditure) Finance Department as Secretary to Government, Tamil Development and Information Department the Company informed about the cessation of his Directorship with effect from February 04, 2016.
The Company is given to understand now from the Government of Tamil Nadu that Mr.T.Udhayachandran, IAS Secretary to Government (Expenditure) Finance Department will continue as Ex-officio Director nominated by the Tamil Nadu Government until further orders. |
