| Exchange Disseminated Time | Accel Limited, a part of the promoter Group of Accel Frontline Ltd, has submitted to BSE a Notice of Offer for Sale of Shares by Promoters of 7,84,018 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 10/- each, representing 2.63% of the equity share capital of the Company ("Sale Shares"), on February 27, 2015, exclusively through the Seller's broker through a sale on the separate window provided by National Stock Exchange of India Limited ("NSE") and BSE Limited (BSE) for this purpose.
The Sale shall take place at the separate window of the Stock Exchanges and shall commence on February 27, 2015 at 9.15 a.m. Indian Standard Time and shall close on February 27, 2015 at 3.30 p.m. Indian Standard Time. |
