Ltd., Singapore, the acquirer has sent a disclosure to the Company on 10/03/2017 under Reg.29(1) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisitions of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, that they have acquired 13.45% of equity shares of the Company (35,80,849 Nos.) on 10/03/2017. (2) Canara Bank, the promoter of the Company, has sent a disclosure to the Company on 13/03/2017 under Reg.29(2) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisitions of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, that they have sold 35,80,849 equity shares (13.45%) of the Company and after sale the shareholding of the promoter Bank in the Company stands at 79,86,358 shares (30%).
