1. Audited Accounts for the Financial year ended March 31, 2010.
2. Dividend at Rs 0.50 per Equity Share.
3. Reappointment of Mr. Vishwanath L Agarwal & Dr. Ramesh D Tainwala as Directors liable to retire by rotation.
4. Reappointment of M/s M.L. Bhuwania & Co. as a Statutory Auditors from the conclusion of this Meeting till the conclusion of next Annual General Meeting.
5. Reappointment of Mr. Rajendra V Agarwal as Managing Director for a further period of 3 years with effect from April 01, 2010 to March 31, 2013. |
