1. Mr. Sunil Lalbhai has been appointed as an Additional Director (Independent Director) on the Board of the Company with effect from February 14, 2015, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
2. Dr. (Mrs.) Lakshmi Nadkarni has been appointed as an Additional Director (Woman Director) on the Board of the Company, designated as Executive Director, Human Resources with effect from February 14, 2015. The appointment and remuneration
