With reference to the earlier letters dated August 30, 2016 and October 27, 2016 in respect of Acquisition of Business Undertaking of Gujarat Flavours Private Limited (“GFPL”) comprising of Flavours Division, S H Kelkar and Company Ltd has now informed BSE that Keva Flavours Pvt. Ltd. ("KFL"), subsidiary of the Company, has acquired Business Undertaking of GFPL comprising of Flavours Division on January 02, 2017 in accordance with the Business Transfer Agreement executed between KFL and GFPL on October 26, 2016.
