1. Reclassification of 3 promoters viz., Navneethraja, K. Nirmal Sewani and Nitinraj Sinha, holding 2500 shares each constituting 0.10% (aggregate holding of these 3 promoters are 7,500 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each constituting 0.29%) of the paid share capital of the company, who are not either directly or indirectly associated or connected with the Company, subject to the approval of shareholders/Members of the company at the 30th Annual General Meeting of the Company by way of Special Resolution to be held on September 27, 2016, and subject to the approval of BSE Limited/SEBI, if any.
2. Approved the Notice of 30th Annual General Meeting of the Company. |
