| Exchange Disseminated Time 12/01/2017 15:51:48 | | Supreme Industries Ltd has informed BSE that as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading ) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of Unaudited Financial Results (Provisional) of the Company for the third Quarter ended December 31, 2016 for all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company from January 18, 2017 upto a period of 48 hours after the date on which Unaudited Financial Results for the third Quarter ended December 31, 2016 is submitted to the Stock Exchanges. The said Results will be considered by the Board of Directors at its Meeting scheduled to be held on January 25, 2017. Accordingly all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving Equity Shares of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. |
