Radico Khaitan Ltd has informed BSE that as approved by the Board of Directors in its meeting held on February 10, 2015, M/s. Karvy Computershare Private Limited, Hyderabad has been appointed as the new Registrar and Share transfer Agent (RTA) of the Company in respect of shares held in dematerialized and physical mode.

Accordingly, the RTA of the Company stands changed from M/s. Mas Services Limited, New Delhi to M/s. Karvy Computershare Private Limited, Hyderabad with effect from March 04, 2015 and all required formalities with National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) and Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) have been completed.
