Further the Company has informed that, Shri Danodar Acharya (ex-Director, IIT, Kharagpur) has been appointed as Independent Director from January 30, 2014 in pursuance to the order dated January 24, 2014 issued by Government of India, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Department of Fertilizers, New Delhi for a period of three years or until further orders, whichever is earlier. |
