| Exchange Disseminated Time | Hitech Plast Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the Circular issued by the Stock Exchanges regarding the Trading Window disclosure by the Companies and as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Directors, Designated Employees and others covered under the Code, from May 05, 2015 till the declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2015 and 48 hours thereafter.
Further the Company also informed that the same has been informed to the Directors, Persons belonging to the Promoter Group and Designated Employees of the Company. |
