Pursuant to Regulation 8 (2) of the SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed amended copy of the above-mentioned Code which was approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on Monday, 22nd January, 2018.
Details of amendment(s):
The Code contained references to erstwhile Listing Agreement which are now being amended to reflect current provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
