1. Mr. G. Swamp - Managing Director w.e.f. March 30, 2015.
2. Mr. A. Singhania - Chief Financial Officer w.e.f. March 30, 2015.
3. Mr. Hirak Ghosh - Company Secretary w.e.f. March 30, 2015.
4. Mrs. Binaisha R. Sunderam - Woman Director w.e.f. April 22, 2015.
Further the Company has informed that, the first three KMPs are already KMPs of the Company’s holding company viz. Paharpur Cooling Towers Limited. They have been appointed under section 203(3) of the Companies Act, 2013. Paharpur Cooling Towers Limited (unlisted company) is the holding company in accordance with section 2(87)(i) of the Companies Act 2013. |
