We refer to the letter dated April 15, 2017, through which the Company had informed the Stock Exchanges intimating them of the Board Meeting to be held on May 6, 2017 to inter-alia to consider the audited financials results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2017. Since the Audited Accounts of one of the overseas subsidiaries of the Company is in the process of being finalized, the Management has decided not to place the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2017 in the Board Meeting to be held on May 6, 2017. The Company will intimate the Stock Exchanges in due course of time, of the date of Board Meeting in which the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2017 will be considered. |
