| Exchange Disseminated Time 07/12/2016 17:43:24 | Nitesh Estates Ltd has informed BSE that Nitesh Estates Limited, a promoter of Nitesh Residency Hotels Private Limited (NRHPL) has transferred 1,59,70,675 Equity shares of NRHPL to Mr. Nitesh Shetty (another promoter of NRHPL), permitted as inter se transfer among promoter group under the Shareholder Agreement, and the transfer has been approved by the Board of Directors of NRHPL., on December 07, 2016.
Consequent to this transfer of shares, NRHPL will not be an Associate Company with immediate effect. |
