| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to Increase in Price of shares, Shree Rama Multi-Tech Ltd has clarified to BSE that "the prices of our shares have gone up in the last 3 days after the announcement of judgment by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the case of SEBI Vs. Nirma Limited. The said judgment requires Nirma Limited to complete the open offer of Shree Rama Multi-Tech Limited as per earlier announcement made by Nirma Limited. Accordingly, the appeal of Nirma Limited is dismissed by Hon'ble Supreme Court.
We feel that because of the said judgment, the prices of our shares have started showing upward trend in the Stock Exchanges across India." |
