With reference to captioned we would like to inform the following :
1. The 32nd Annual General Meeting of Weizmann Forex Limited will be held on Wednesday, August 23, 2017 at 2.30 P.M. at Babasaheb Dahanukar Hall Maharashtra Chamber of Commerce, Oricon House, 6th Floor, Maharashtra Chamber of Commerce Path, Kalaghoda, Fort, Mumbai - 400 001.
2. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Companies (Management & Administration) Rules, 2014 and Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations,2015 the book closure of the Company is from Thursday, August 17, 2013 to Wednesday, August 23, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting and Dividend.
3. The cut-off date to determine the shareholders who are eligible to vote on resolutions mentioned in notice of the 32nd Annual General Meeting of the Company is August 16, 2017.
