1. Appointment of Mr. Jatender Kumar Mehta as the Chairman cum Managing Director (CMD) of the Company.
2. Recommended a Final Dividend of Re. 1/- (10%) per equity shares of Rs. 10 each for the financial year 2015-16, to the members, for their approval in ensuing Annual general meeting. |
