1. To consider, approve and adopt Unaudited Financial Results, along with Limited Review Report of the Company for the Quarter-ended, December 31, 2016.
2. Consider declaration of Interim Dividend of Re. 1 per share having face value of Rs. 10/- per share (i.e. 10 % of F.V.) for the Financial Year 2016-17.
3. To decide Book Closure Date.
4. To confirm the relieve and the resignation of Mr. Murlidhar Kaurani, Independent Director.
Further, as per Code of Conduct for trading by Insiders, under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company will be closed from February 03, 2017 till February 15, 2017 (Both days inclusive) i.e. after forty eight hours of the meeting. |
