It is to be noted that in accordance with the provisions of Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 read with Company's code of conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed, for Directors/Officers/Employees of the Company along with Designated persons and their immediate relatives, from 14th January, 2018 and would open, 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results for the 3rd quarter ending December 31, 2017 to the public, i.e., on 25th January, 2018.
