| Exchange Disseminated Time | Lumax Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 28, 2013, inter alia, has taken the following decisions:
1. Stanley Electric Co., Ltd., Japan, the Financial and Technical collaborator has withdrawn nomination of Mr. Toshio Masuda, Executive Director from the Board of the Company. Consequent to withdrawal of his nomination, Mr. Toshio Masuda resigned from the Board of the Company with immediate effect.
2. The Company has appointed Mr. Norishisa Sato Nominee of Stanley Electric Co., Ltd, Japan as Additional Director and thereafter as Executive Director of the Company. |
