| Exchange Disseminated Time | Sundaram Clayton Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the board of directors of the Company is being convened on August 04, 2015 to consider and approve inter alia the unaudited (limited reviewed) financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.
In view of the above, the trading window for dealing in the Company's scrips by the directors and designated employees of the Company will remain closed from July 24, 2015 to August 06, 2015 (both days inclusive), in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the relevant provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. |
