Mr. Sanjay Shringarpure, Partner, PRS Associates, Company Secretaries was appointed as Scrutinizer to scrutinize E-voting and poll process at the AGM. The scrutinizers Report dated 29th, September, 2017 is attached herewith and marked as 'Annexure A'
All resolutions as set out in the Notice of the AGM have been duly approved by the Shareholders unanimously.
