| Exchange Disseminated Time | Commercial Engineers & Body Builders Co Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2011, inter alia, have also accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of Balance Sheet as on March 31, 2011 and the Profit & Loss Account for the year ended on that date and the reports of the Auditor's and Director's Report.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. Sevantilal Popatlal Shah & Mr. Arun Kumar Rao as Directors of the Company.
3. Re-appointment of M/s. Deloittee Haskins & Sells, Chartered Accountant, as Statutory Auditors of the Company to hold the office until the conclusion of next Annual General Meeting, on remuneration, terms & conditions.
4. Appointment of Mr. Ravi Gupta, Mr. Akhil Awasthi & Mr. Shyam Mani as Directors of the Company, liable to retire by rotation. |
