This is to bring to your kind notice that Rollatainers Limited ('Company') has been following Companies (Indian Accounting Standard) Rules, 2015 from Quarter ended June 30, 2017 w.r.t submission of Financial Results.
Since, it's a first year of IND-AS implementation by the Company, therefore as per SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/FAC/62/2016, the Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended September 30, 2017 will be considered and approved in the rescheduled meeting of Board of Directors of the Company to be held on Thursday, 14 December, 2017 and be submitted to stock exchange forthwith, as per Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015.
