1. To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2013 along with Report of Board of Directors and Auditors.
2. To appoint of Statutory Auditors of the Company and to fix their remuneration for the year 2013-2014.
3. To appoint of Directors in place of those retiring.
4. To revise the terms of remuneration paid Mrs. S. Vijayalakshmi as the Wholetime Director of the Company for a period of four years with effect from October 01, 2013. |
