| Exchange Disseminated Time | Himadri Chemicals & Industries Ltd has informed BSE a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 12, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2014.
Further, in terms of the Himadri’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors and designated personnel from February 04, 2015 to February 13, 2015 ( both days inclusive).
The Trading window will open 24 hours after the announcement of the Company’s Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2014 to the Stock Exchanges on February 12, 2015. |
