| Exchange Disseminated Time | Sona Koyo Steering Systems Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 15, 2013, inter-alia, to consider and approve the consolidated Audited Annual Accounts of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2013 and to recommend the dividend, if any.
In the aforesaid meeting, the Board of Directors of the Company shall also consider the proposal for merger of "Sona Stampings Limited" (Subsidiary of the Company) with "Sona Koyo Steering Systems Limited". |
