1. To approve Standalone / Consolidated Audited Annual Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2016.
2. To approve and take on record text of Standalone / Consolidated Audited Financial results for the quarter / year ended March 31, 2016.
3. To consider final dividend, if any, on Equity Shares for the year ended March 31, 2016.
Further, pursuant to the company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Directors and other employees covered under the code from the closure of business hours on May 20, 2016 till the closure of business hours of May 30, 2016. |
