3. The registered office address of the Company has been changed from HMP House, 4, Fairlee Place, Ground Floor, Room No. G 16, Kolkata - 700 001 to Shantiniketan Building, Third Floor, Room No 14, 8 Camac Street, Kolkata 700 017.
4. Appointment of Mrs. Sayani Datta as the Whole Time Company Secretary and the Compliance office of the Company w.e.f February 11, 2015.
